  Special terms of the flush: Buyer will pay 50% of hammer price sale day.  A minimum of eight (8) transferable embryos is   guaranteed to the buyer with a 1:1 split between buyer and seller in the event the flush produces more than 15 embryos.  S031 is   open and ready to flush shortly after the auction.  Her only lifetime flush occurred after this catalog went to press.
